Bridge the gap between raw data and business insight. You will design and maintain analytics models, partner closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements, and ensure our data layer is clean, tested, scalable, and trustworthy.

Strong SQL skills, a modelling mindset, and a passion for self-service analytics are essential. Experience designing dimensional models and enabling modern BI and semantic layers is highly valued.

Bring AI from experiment to production. Lead the successful delivery of enterprise data, analytics, and AI programmes, ensuring Datalab's modern data solutions are delivered predictably, professionally, and to the highest quality standards. As the primary delivery contact for your clients, you'll build trusted relationships, manage project delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and proactively oversee scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

We're looking for an experienced delivery professional with a proven track record in technology consulting, data, analytics, AI, or cloud delivery. You'll be an exceptional communicator with strong organisational and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple client engagements while fostering collaboration, driving accountability, and maintaining a sharp commercial focus. Experience delivering solutions using modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Matillion, dbt, Power BI, or similar technologies will be highly advantageous.
