Building with Snowflake Cortex AI Functions, and Agents using CoCo

Join us for a hands-on Snowflake AI lab, from AI in SQL through to a working enterprise agent you build and extend yourself.

What we'll cover

Snowflake's AI SQL functions let you call AI directly from SQL, over structured and unstructured data, without leaving the warehouse. We'll work through them, then move into building with Cortex Agents: connecting an agent to governed enterprise data and interacting with it in natural language.

From there we'll build and use Skills: packaging reusable instructions and capabilities that an agent loads on demand, so its behaviour stays consistent, versioned and easy to extend.

Throughout the lab we'll use CoCo as our development copilot, generating and iterating on SQL, agent configuration and Skills as we go.

The lab is designed for practical experience: building, testing and interacting with the agent yourself, not watching a demo.
